The spine connects the 3 Dan-Tian. Where are the Dan-Tians?
How to practice Qi Gong? Key points: 鬆 (loose)、靜 (calm/stillness)、空 (empty/space)
What happens when we enter the practice?

Looking at the sky and the earth
Standing and grounding

Spacing
Head
Ribcage
Pelvis
From the tip of the coccyx
Up to the base of the skull
Between the ears
A long spine falling up
In the spine one curve
Levers another
The curve of the lumber rises Into the curve of the thorax
The curve of the neck
Rises up
Into the head
See the curves of the spine
Lightening
Upward and downward
Allow the rest of the body to balance
