  1. The spine connects the 3 Dan-Tian. Where are the Dan-Tians?

  2. How to practice Qi Gong? Key points: 鬆 (loose)、靜 (calm/stillness)、空 (empty/space)

  3. What happens when we enter the practice?

Practice:

  • Swinging the arms

  • Looking at the sky and the earth

  • Standing and grounding

Lightening

Upward and downward

Allow the rest of the body to balance
